RETURN POLICY
Refund policy
At Rönner we want every customer to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise that meets the following requirements.
- Is in new condition, has not been worn, washed or altered.
- Products marked sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Face masks are not eligible for return.
- Receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ronnerdesign.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment if the item is shipped back to our warehouse within 14 days of the date you received your order. All orders returned after these 14 days (and within 30 calendar days of the date order was received) will receive a RÖNNER store credit for future purchases. All orders returned after these 30 days will be returned to the customer.

Please inform us about your return via email to sales@ronnerdesign.com and we will send you the address of our returns department.
Once we receive your package, your store credit will be processed within 8-10 business days. Rönner Design reserves the right, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Once your refund is processed we will email you with a confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
RÖNNER SAS is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are responsibility of the buyer. Customs and charges vary according to every country, and we are not able to deliver this information.
Returns: Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Once your refund is processed please allow an additional 7 business days for the credit to show up in your bank statement.

RÖNNER SAS is not responsible for the loss of packages once they have been delivered.
