SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We provide SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.
Be assured that we take extra care and attention to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). However, if your order is not in stock we will have to produce it and this will take 8-10 working days. Shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days depending on the destination country.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, Rönner Design is not responsible for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays. You may need to pay customs or import duties on your order, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So if you’d like more information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders. Again, this is out of our hands. We use FedEx as our courier for international shipments. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
