RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Rönner, every piece is crafted with care, and we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible items that meet the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned or exchanged if they are in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds & Store Credit

Returns sent back within 14 days of delivery may be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns sent back after 14 days, but within 30 days of delivery, may be issued as Rönner store credit for a future purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount when applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rönner is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at customercare@ronnerdesign.com before sending your item back.

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you the return instructions and the address of our returns department. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 8–10 business days.

After a refund has been processed, please allow up to 7 additional business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
